Forum Rules

Post  Admin on Thu Jul 16, 2009 6:11 pm

  1. Please do not post anything that may be rude or offensive to others. Any insulting remarks or personal attacks will be deleted.
  2. Please do not post any spam or repeat any threads, to avoid bulk on the forum and make it easier for members to navigate around the board. Of course, promoting your organisation and advertising any of its events is acceptable and in fact encouraged but within reason.
  3. Discussion of any illegal activities. is strictly prohibited
  4. Each organisation is allowed multiple accounts so please register personal accounts as opposed to organisation accounts unless only one of you is planning to use the forum. Names and avatars are nicer as they put a face to the discussion and also prevent you from having to make any disclaimers!
  5. If you are going to post with a signature, make sure it is of a reasonable size and does not disconfigure the page or use up too much of it as this proves an inconvenience for people reading through posts.
  6. Please use the General Chit Chat forum for any discussion that does not fall within the discussion areas. It is easy to get carried away during a discussion so we kindly request that members ensure that once they have left a thread, it is left in a useful and discussion-enhancing manner.
  7. The administrators and moderators of this board reserve the right to remove any content that is deemed offensive, hateful, threatening or in violation of any laws, as well as any spam or excessive advertising. Any other threads that are to be deleted, as a matter of housekeeping, will first be notified to the thread-creater, should they want it to be retained for any reason.
  8. Finally, please make use of the forum! We are hoping to get as many members on board as possible so please notify anyone you think who might be interested in participating and feel free to message me any suggestions you might have as to any forums, changes to the board etc.

Should there be any issues or you have a technical/other problem with the forum, please send an email or private message to Admin. We'll try to be prompt in responding!
